At Salon Lucid we understand that life happens, however, as January of 2020 we've revised our cancellation policy to better serve our clients and stylists. A credit card is required to book any appointment. A no call no show for any appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service. A short notice cancellation, less than 48hours, will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service and any appointment rescheduled more than once will incur a fee of 25% of the booked service.
